UvumiTools Textarea Plugin

Textarea UvumiTools is basically a textarea with a couple of extras, built with Mootools Javascript Framework. Does not contain any WYSIWG because the author’s word “we like to keep things simple.” Therefore it is only a basic textarea element has a very elegant and 2.0 to show how many characters are available.
